ULTRASONIC RAIL FLAW DETECTION (USFD) SYSTEM FOR TRACK

  • Self-Propelled Ultrasonic Rail Testing (SPURT) Car for track monitoring

    Features: Ultrasonic inspection on speed of up to 10 kmph with complete Registration of signals. Most effective on inactive areas and approach lines

WST

WST model VPR-02M is designed for leveling, lining and tamping operations during construction, repairs and routine maintenance of a track at all types of rails laid on different types of ballast on curved and straight sections with gradients up-to 30%.
The machine should be used in in all climate regions, at ambient temperatures between–10°С and +55°С and for non-freezing ballasts.

SWITCH TAMPING MACHINE

The PMA-S Switch Tamping Machine is designed for correcting the track longitudinal level, cross level and alignment. Simultaneously with these operations, the machine compacts the ballast under the sleepers, near the sleeper butts, and under the switch bearers and frogs during construction at all types of repairs, and routine maintenance of the railway tracks. A fundamentally new design of the lifting and leveling unit allows raising the parallel track synchronously with the main track, and completely eliminates the skew when clamping the parallel track panels. The clamp assemblies provide a precisely- controlled lift of the rails during switch-tamping operations.

The PMA-S has an automatic system for positioning the tamping tools when the machine moves to the next tamping operation.

RAIL GRINDING TRAIN

The RGM-48К Rail Grinding Train is used to restore the shape of the railheads, eliminate corrugation and remove the defective metal layer from the working surfaces of all types of rails with any type of fastenings. The train consists of four units connected by tight-lock couplers: one TES-1000 diesel powered vehicle and three grinding cars.

MODULAR MULTI-PURPOSE

Vehicle The AM-140 Modular Multi-Purpose Vehicle may be used for:

  • Transportation of the railway workers, tools and track equipment to the place of maintenance or repair works.

INPECTION VEHICLE

The АM-140-01 Inspection Vehicle is intended for both routine field inspections and the commissioning of new railway infrastructure. The vehicle is equipped with control and virtual equipment.

HIGH-SPEED 6-AXLE 80FT FLATCAR

The 13-6704 High-Speed 6-Axle 80ft Flatcar is designed for the transportation of large-tonnage 20-, 40-, 45-, and 53ft containers. The new 80’ flatcar has innovative three-axle bogies which allow for a uniform distribution of the load. A number of unique structural solutions increase the flatcar carrying capacity, at the same time decreasing the axle load to 20 tonnes per axle, which is why the car can carry two 40ft containers.

HEAVY-DUTY BALLAST HOPPER CAR

The VPM-770PG Heavy-Duty Ballast Hopper Car is used for transportation of all types of ballast. The ballast unloading is mechanized and synchronized with its profiling on the track.

The ballast is discharget in the required quantities, uniformly spread, and leveled. If necessary, this process may be interrupted. Besides, there is a possibility to limit the height of the ballast layer in the middle of the track.

RAIL TRANSPORTATION TRAIN

The RTT-800/3 Rail Transportation Train is a continuous welded rail train designed for loading prefabricated extra long-welded rails from technological lines of rail welding facilities, rails transportation and unloading at the worksite, loading of worn rails and their transportation to the place of their reinstallation or repair.

The train consists of 60 four-axle universal flatcars (13-4012 model) and one universal flatcar of 13-401 model.
